Item 1 — What you get in a free consultation
Bring a photo, a favourite garment, or an open mind—Fiona guides choices and gives a clear quote + timeline.
During your free consultation, Fiona will:
- discuss your design ideas and preferences
- guide fabric and finishing options (including options at different price points)
- take precise measurements
Then Fiona gives you a clear, personalised quote (and can show fabric options to compare, if helpful). You decide whether to proceed—no obligation and no pressure.
Item 2 — When your order begins
Your order begins when you approve the quote and leave a deposit.
The deposit confirms your order and lets Fiona begin cutting and construction. You can pay by cash (VND) or card at our An Bang studio.
Item 3 — Timing (typical)
Fiona confirms timing with your quote; short-stay visitors often receive garments within 24–48 hours after deposit.
Timing depends on garment choices, finishing details, and your availability. Fiona proposes fitting and collection times with your quote so you can decide whether to proceed.
Tip: If you’re in Hoi An now, message Fiona with your preferred day/time and number of people (e.g., “Tues 11am / 2 people”). If you’re planning ahead, you can also share travel dates.
Item 4 — Fittings (what to expect)
